Home Improvement License Fees

As of January 1, 2026 the Home Improvement License application fees will increase.  Please be aware that any Home Improvement License application accepted by our office after this date must reflect the new fees.  Below is the updated fee schedule effective January 1, 2026.

• Home Improvement License Application Fee - $750.00 (Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars)
• Expedited Processing Fee - $100.00 (One Hundred Dollars)
• Renewal Application Late Fee - $50.00 (Fifty Dollars)
• Vehicle Decal Fee - $10.00 each (Ten Dollars each)
• Certificate Replacement / Duplicate Fee - $50.00 (Fifty Dollars)
